Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.
Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and final products to identify any defects or deviations from product drawing, Control Plan & Customer specific requirement (CSR).
To summarise the product review and observation in PPT and Excel Sheet in proper way and communicated to concern department.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality control plans.
Lead root cause analysis investigations through 7QC tool, 5W1H & 8D for quality issues and implement preventive measures to minimize risks of recurrence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Has strong knowledge of plastic and its defects
Strong understanding of QMS principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
