Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business and data requirements from users and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain Crystal Reports using data from Oracle Server.
  • Design and generate reports using SQL Server 2022 and Oracle 19C.
  • Work with tables, views, joins, and complex correlated subqueries to extract and analyze data.
  • Create and maintain subreports, crosstabs, and standard reports in Crystal Reports.
  • Provide database administration support, including monitoring database performance and managing data structures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system errors and provide technical support to users.
  • Work closely with different departments to ensure accurate reporting and system functionality.
  • Understand and support ERP functional processes such as Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles.
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2022 and Oracle 19C.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports development.
  • Good understanding of .NET framework.
  • Knowledge of database structures, tables, views, joins, and complex queries.
  • Experience in ERP troubleshooting and reporting.
  • Understanding of ERP modules such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field.
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in SQL, .NET, and ERP reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with crossfunctional teams
