Key Responsibilities
Assembly Operations
- Assist in assembly of products as per defined work instructions and SOPs
- Operate basic machines and equipment under supervision
- Ensure adherence to production targets and line discipline
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation (5S)
Quality Control Support
- Perform basic inspection and testing of products as per quality standards
- Identify and report defects or deviations to supervisors
- Maintain inspection records and documentation
- Support in in-process and final quality checks
Shop Floor Support
- Follow GMP, safety, and company policies at all times
- Assist senior operators and engineers in daily production activities
- Ensure proper handling of materials and tools
- Participate in shift activities and handovers
Learning & Development
- Undergo structured on-the-job training in assembly and quality processes
- Learn to read basic drawings, specifications, and SOPs
- Build technical skills related to machines, tools, and inspection methods
- Actively participate in skill development programs
Preferred Candidate:
- Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor and working in shifts
- Basic technical understanding (mechanical concepts)
- Attention to detail and quality consciousness
- Discipline and adherence to instructions
- Team player with good attitude
